Return/ Refund/ Pre-Order Policy

We will do QC (Quality Control) on the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there is problems with the items you received, we do accept some for return or exchange following our policy written below.

  • Items are returnable or exchangeable within 2 days from the date of receiving.
  • Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a return or exchange.


Return Policy

  • Items must be returned in a new, unopened, and untainted condition and in the original packaging and must agreed by both side. Fail to comply, the return request will not be entertained.
  • Customers need to submit the request within 2 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 2 days will not be entertained.
  • Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.
  • Items must be sent out from customers side within 2 days upon successful request.
  • If customers received damaged item, Postage from customer to us will be borne by customer. Postage from us to customer will be borne by us.
  • If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in BOTH directions!
  • Items can only be exchanged with the same products (unless products no more in stock)
  • If customers received wrong items from what they have ordered, we will bear both side postage fee.
  • Sold out items are not available for exchange. 


Refund Policy

  •  We offers full refund on pre-order item that do not have stock only.
  • No other refund will be entertained.


  • We only bear postage charges in cases where we WRONGLY send you any items.

Pre-order Policy

  • Your items will arrive in approximately 3-4 weeks after orders are processed.
  • ETA (Estimated Time Arrival) might delay.
  • Do not place order if you need the stock urgent!
  • Slow or fast depend on ship and custom clearance.
  •  no cancellation after confirmed order, even thought the ETA DELAYED!
  • Orders will be processed every week, close order every Friday.
  • FULL REFUNDS will be given if your items are out of stock.
  • Shack Of Apparel will not be held responsible for any defects or mistakes made by manufacturer.
  • Please order if you willing to wait..
